Long nose surgeryFACE
Improves older-looking appearance.
FACE long nose surgery is a procedure that corrects a long nose or a nose with droopy tip that looks like an arrowhead.
If the shape of the nasal tip is in the form of an arrow, that nose is called an arrow nose, whereas a nose with sagging tip and curved bridge is called an aquiline nose.
Long nose is the result of an excessively long or sagging nasal septal cartilage or an alar cartilage and can be corrected by surgery to raise the nasal tip.
Long noses are often accompanied by curved (aquiline) bridge. If only the tip is corrected, leaving the curved bridge as it is, it will result in an awkward appearance with a suppressed nose. Thus, the curved bridge and the tip need to be corrected together to get a satisfactory result.
Types of long nose surgery
-
- Droopy alar cartilage
- Droopy alar cartilage and nasal bridge are repositioned upward, fixed firmly so that the nose does not get extended again over time.
-
- Long nasal septal cartilage
- Some of the lower part of the nasal septum cartilage -- the structure that divides the inside of the nose into left and right -- is removed, or the muscle pulling the nose downward is cut.

Nose SurgeryThe staff were very kind to my inquiries, and the nose surgery I got was very satisfactory as the shape is just what I wanted. Their post-surgery care (sterilization) and other service were very nice, too! I only have good things to say about them!! The facilities are neat, and the staff are kind. I want to visit there again! I even wonder what other surgery I can have ~!
